While in Britain, Helena spent a year at the Sun Inn, a prestigious Michelin Guide-rated restaurant, working under the former executive chef of the Savoy Hotel of London.

As such, Helena prepares French classic gourmet breakfasts on elegant settings of fine china, crystal, and silver in the relaxed setting of her formal dining room.
