Breakfast at Lion’s Head is a wonderful part of your stay. Served in the elegant dining room by your host and chef Helena, whose experience in the kitchens of both Canada and Britain has made the breakfasts at Lion’s Head “renowned”. While in Britain, Helena spent a year at the Sun Inn, a prestigious Michelin Guide-rated restaurant, working under the former executive chef of the Savoy Hotel of London.
Breakfast, tea and coffee is served at 9 AM, and starts your morning in style. A delicious gourmet breakfast consists of 3 courses; fresh hand squeezed orange juice, fruit starter, and a main course. Wherever possible, Helena chooses the freshest produce and products from the many local farms and orchards in the Niagara region.
The Berkley and Gay Arts and Craft table from the 1910’s sits a full house comfortably and sets the scene for meeting new friends and great chats.
After breakfast, Helena, will be there to help you plan your day, whether it be getting your Niagara Parks Pass, restaurant reservations, wine touring, or helping answer questions you may have about this wonderful place she calls home.
